How much baggage can I check in for my flight?

Baggage allowances can vary depending on the airline you are flying with. Each airline details their luggage policies on their websites. 

How do I change my delivery/email address?

If you wish to amend or update your address, email address or contact numbers, this can simply be changed by using the My account facility on our web-site ( Right Top), After login go to My Account > Update Details. Alternatively, you may call our Customer Support Department on 0208 900 1624 which is open Monday to Friday from 9am – 6pm

How do I cancel my flight and hotel?

To cancel the booking contact Nelson London Ventures Ltd (t/a NCL Tours) as soon as possible. There might a cancellation fee.

Can I check in online for my flight?

Check with the relevent airlines. Most of the airlines allow online check in. 

I have missed my flight, what do I do?

Each airline has it's own policy regarding missed flights and rebooking options.

You should contact your airline as soon as reasonably possible to enquire.

Will I need a visa to travel?

This is dependent on your country of destination. If you are travelling to an EC (European Community) country and have a valid UK Passport (British Citizen status) you will not require a visa. What happens if my flight is cancelled?

You should check with your airlines before you fly. Their website will provide updated information regading any flight. If your flight has been cancelled by your airline please contact us as soon as.

Where can I find the hotel’s telephone number?

You can find all the detail in your confirmation email. 

Where can I find the hotel's contact information?

Once you complete your booking, we will send you all relevent detail including hotel contact detail. 

What information do I need to make a booking?

You'll need a credit or debit card to make your booking, your name, address (that the credit or debit card is registered to), email address and the destination and date you would like to stay/Travel.

I haven’t received my confirmation email – what do I do?

You may call our Customer Support department on 0208 900 1624 which is open Monday to Friday from 9am – 6pm.

I need to make changes to my booking

Once your order has been confirmed, we are not able to change any details of the order. We are also not able to change the delivery address, so please make sure you check all the details carefully before confirming the order as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards.
